According to my phone app, I have a Premium subscription for $5.99 usd per year. It is ad free and has a 14 day forecast. When I tried logging in on a new computer, using the stored password data, the subscription features are gone. I'd be happy to solve the problem by taking a small loss and just resubscribing, but that doesn't appear to be an option. Nor is there any way to figure out why the subscription I bought only works on my phone. Help?

Hello, and thank you for your question.
A Premium subscription purchased through the mobile app is handled by the respective app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and is linked to the store account used for the purchase, not to your meteoblue website account. This means benefits such as the ad-free experience and the 14-day forecast are available only in the app, when you are signed in with the store account that made the purchase.
Subscriptions for the app and the website are separate, so opening the meteoblue website on a new computer will not carry over the app subscription features.
        Best regards,
        The meteoblue team

Got it, thanks. I love your app so much, I now have the Premium app and the Add-free website. Keep up the good work and maybe find a way to give the 14-day forecast as a perk to Add-free website experience.
