Hello, and thank you for your question. Due to EU data protection regulations, meteoblue must display a cookie consent dialogue with options for cookie usage, even for point+ subscribers without advertising. While third-party cookies related to ads are disabled with your subscription, essential cookies remain necessary for full website functionality. The consent dialogue should not reappear once accepted, as your acceptance is stored in your browser. If you need to reject the cookie selection daily, this is likely caused by your browser settings blocking or deleting cookies, clearing cookies or cache on exit, or privacy extensions removing cookies. To prevent repeated prompts, ensure that cookies are enabled, not cleared on exit, and that any privacy extensions blocking cookies are disabled. We hope we were able to answer your questions and wish you pleasant weather with meteoblue.

Hi! For Northern Spain, high-resolution European models such as ICON-EU, MeteoFrance Europe, and NEMS12 Europe often perform well, particularly for local wind, precipitation, and coastal effects. ECMWF Global is also a strong option to check larger-scale weather patterns and medium-range forecasts. That said, model performance can still vary depending on the exact location and weather situation, especially in complex terrain. I would advise comparing several models and checking how they perform over time for your specific area.

Hello, and thank you for your question. The observed 12-hour shift in temperature, with higher values at night and lower during the day, can be caused by either a display or synchronization issue in the meteogram or by actual meteorological conditions such as nocturnal temperature inversion, warm air advection at night, cold front passage, or cloud cover reducing daytime heating. Our 3-hourly forecast temperatures correspond exactly to the indicated hour and are not averages. The Dataset API uses sunrise and sunset times to differentiate day and night values at "00:00" and "12:00." If the temperature curve appears shifted by 12 hours, it may be due to a display problem or a misunderstanding of the time reference. We hope we were able to answer your questions and wish you pleasant weather with meteoblue.

Hi, thanks for the input :) Currently, meteoblue does not provide an option within the app to switch between the day-month (DD/MM) and month-day (MM/DD) date formats. The English version of the website uses the month-day format common in American English, and while requests for a European-style day-month format have been noted, no user control for changing the date format is available at this time. Date and time displays are influenced by language and regional settings, but there is no confirmed timeline for adding this feature.
