Hallo, berechtigte Frage, sowas nervt wirklich und sollte natürlich nicht passieren. Kurz zur Einordnung: Die Werbung in der App kommt automatisch von Drittanbietern wie Google, wir wählen die einzelnen Anzeigen nicht selbst aus. Trotz vorhandener Prüfmechanismen rutschen leider hin und wieder irreführende oder betrügerische Anzeigen durch, das liegt nicht daran, dass wir das bewusst tolerieren. Was du sofort tun kannst: Auf der Anzeige selbst gibt es meist ein kleines „i"-Symbol darüber kannst du die Anzeige direkt melden, damit sie geprüft und im besten Fall gesperrt wird. Falls dir so etwas nochmal auffällt (gerne auch mit Screenshot, Datum/Uhrzeit und was für eine Werbung es war), schreib uns doch am besten ein Support-Ticket dazu. Das hilft uns enorm, solche Fälle gezielt an Google weiterzugeben und Druck zu machen, damit sich die Qualität der Werbung verbessert. Danke, dass du das ansprichst solche Hinweise sind wirklich wichtig für uns.

Meteoblue Premium Subscription "point+" – rainNOW: Promise vs. Reality I recently subscribed to Meteoblue’s Premium "point+" plan, primarily for the advertised rainNOW feature. According to the description, this nowcasting service should display precipitation in 15-minute intervals for the next 2 hours and the past 4 hours, with updates every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, the reality is different: On the web version, I only see 1 hour and 20 minutes of forecast—not the promised 2 hours. The 4-hour backward view is also missing. This is disappointing, as I was counting on this feature for precise precipitation data to plan my tours along the North and Baltic Seas. Has anyone else experienced this with Meteoblue? Or is there a setting I might have missed? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Hi meteoblue team, I am currently using the meteoblue weather widget embedded in Notion. I've encountered a functional bug regarding the location search bar at the top of the widget. Issue Description: When I enter a new city into the search field (for example, trying to switch from "Tokyo" to "Osaka"), the widget does not update in place. Instead, it redirects to a new webpage. However, the newly opened page still displays the weather data for the original location (Tokyo), even though the URL correctly appends the search parameter (e.g., ?query=Osaka). Steps to Reproduce: Embed a meteoblue widget (e.g., set to Tokyo) in Notion. Type a new location (e.g., "Osaka") into the widget's top search bar and hit Enter. A new tab opens. The URL clearly shows query=Osaka, but the weather displayed remains Tokyo. Expected Behavior: Ideally, the search should update the weather location directly within the embedded widget. If opening a new tab is the intended design, the new page should correctly parse the query parameter and display the weather for the searched location (Osaka), rather than defaulting to the original one. Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The alert you saw was most likely caused by a third-party advertisement. Unfortunately, we don’t control the ads shown on our website, and sometimes misleading ads can appear and look like real system warnings. Restarting your device was a good first step. If it happens again, you could also try clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser. We report suspicious ads to the advertising providers, but unfortunately we cannot remove them ourselves. I hope this helps and that you won’t have any further issues.
