      The problem which you report may be caused by a faulty installation or by some intermittent functional error. Please try the following:
      Close the app and open it again. If that does not solve the problem, please proceed to the next step. Select a different location and afterwards switch back to your preferred / current location. If this does not resolve the issue, please proceed to the next step. Turn off your device and switch it on again. If the problem still persists, please proceed to the next step. Delete the app from your device and install a new copy of the app from the App Store (you will not have to pay again).
