If you experiencing issues activating your location for the data download, we recommend the following steps:
- Please make sure that you are logged into your account.
- If you are already logged into your account, please log out and back in.
- You should now be able to access the data in the data download:
• ensure that you have the right location selected, you can change the location by using the location search bar at the top
• tick the checkbox indicating "Yes, I want to activate access“ You should now be able to download the data on your preferred variables in CSV /XLSX format. If these steps did not help you activate the location, please send us the link to your desired location and we will then activate it manually.
