I purchased point+, but the premium features are not visible. What should I do?

point+ features are available immediately after the payment, with any common browser. If that does not work, it is most likely because you were not logged in, and the system can then not identify your access rights.
Please make sure you are logged in to use point+ by clicking on the login button at the top of the website.
After logging in, you will immediately see all diagrams.
The access is independent of the device, thus available from any device (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone), which allows login on the website www.meteoblue.com. Just make sure you are logged in with your web-browser into the same user account.
