I paid for a meteoblue website subscription, but it’s not working — what should I check?

All of our website subscriptions are available immediately after payment, and you can use them on multiple devices as long as you are logged in.
If the subscription does not work, it is most likely because you are not logged in, and the system can not identify your access rights. So please make sure that you are logged before start using our services.
The access is independent of the device, thus available from any device (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone), which allows login on the website. Just make sure you are logged in to the same account.
You can also allow your browser to store your access credentials in order to be automatically logged in. For this, you also need to update your cookie settings ensuring that meteoblue can set cookies in your browser.
