How can I rename or edit the description of a saved location in the meteoblue app?

Location names/descriptions can be changed/renamed as follows:

1. Click on the location search at the top to view your most recently searched locations.
2. Swipe your finger to the left on the desired location.
3. Press the orange button where a pencil is shown.
4. Change the name/description of the location and then press "Apply".
