Satellite with radar map

I think your site has a problem with the "Satellite with Radar Map": the radar image is not loading.

The radar image is missing from your site.

first of all, thank you very much for your detailed feedback and the screenshots they’re a huge help to us!
We looked into the matter and examined several locations in northern Italy as well as in the central part of the country, comparing them with our radar map.
In doing so, we noticed that other providers (including the radar service of Italy’s Protezione Civile and another external weather service) also showed a noticeably patchy or empty radar image around Genoa during the same time period.
This suggests that it’s not just a display issue on our end, but rather a gap in the raw radar data from our third-party provider unfortunately, this kind of issue affects multiple platforms at once.We’re continuing to monitor the situation at several locations to see if this was a one-time glitch or if it recurs frequently. Fortunately, the forecast pages themselves are not affected and continue to run normally.
If you notice the empty or missing radar image again in the coming days, please feel free to contact us via a support ticket ideally including the time and location and we’ll look into it specifically.
