      Hi there,
Although I have an active premium subscription, the iOs app doesn't allow me to define more than 5 location warnings.
It displays the message "You've reached the limit of 5 locations for weather warnings. Upgrade to Premium to add more."
      Any thoughts on this?
      Best regards, Frank

        Hi,

With a Premium subscription, the iOS app should actually allow more than 5 location alerts just like on Android, where you can set up to 10 locations.

If you’re seeing a message saying the limit of 5 has been reached, the app is probably just not recognizing your Premium status correctly right now.
Try tapping “Restore Purchases” in the app settings that will refresh your subscription status.
Also, check to make sure you have the latest version of the app installed; usually, that fixes the issue.

A hard limit of 5 locations for Premium is definitely not intended.

You should be able to add 20 locations for weather warnings with a subscription. The current error message naming a limit of 5 locations is a bug in the app (we always display the same error message, regardless if the limit is 5 or 20).

            Hi,
            Thanks for your reply.
But there's no Restore Purchases option in the latest app settings.
And now that I've removed all 5 warnings I cannot add a single new one, still getting this message about needing a premium subscription, which I have.
            Best regards, Frank

              Hello Frank,

That is indeed unusual, especially since your Premium subscription is already active.
It would be best if we could look into this in detail; to do so, it would be helpful if you could submit a support ticket.
That way, we can investigate the specific cause of the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
Thank you very much for your patience!
