Seasonal outlook localisation (Romanian)

In the seasonal outlook the translation is a bit off for the Temperature side
Instead of "Media anuala a anomaliilor de temperatura(°C)" (Montly Mean Temperature Anomaly(°C) ) you get "Media anuala a anomaliilor de precipitatii (°C)" (Montly Mean Precipitation Anomaly (°C) ) in both places (the upper chard and the lower colour grading explanation.
