So I did a bit of digging because the HARMN-5 model was not appearing in the multimodel for locations that should be covered by it. Turns out I was correct, the HARMN-5 model is still running on the old domain for some reason even though that was deprecated on 20 June 2024 and stopped publishing entirely on 1 September 2024, when KNMI moved to the joint UWC-West Cy43 suite. The new domain should cover places like Iceland, the Faroe Islands, most of Scandinavia, the full Baltic, and south to Barcelona and most of Italy. But this is not the case when looking at the multimodel page for these locations.

Allow me to show the difference. The first image I took from the blog article first announcing when this model was first being used back on 12/02/2020. And the second image is what the domain should look like now:

As you can see, quite a difference. So my recommendation would be to support the newer full domain to ensure more locations have additional model coverage, especially at higher resolutions. Take Iceland for example, currently the best model available for that region is ICON-7 (EU), the full DINI domain would be a welcome addition I'm sure.

This model is distributed nearly identically by KNMI and DMI, with a few minor differences, feel free to look at some documentation I prepared myself.
      KNMI: https://github.com/KnownStormChaser/master-weather-model-list/blob/main/models/nwp_models/regional/netherlands/harmonie-knmi.md
      DMI: https://github.com/KnownStormChaser/master-weather-model-list/blob/main/models/nwp_models/regional/denmark/harmonie-dmi.md

One other recommendation I would like to make is to also include the MEPS (MetCoOp Ensemble Prediction System) model. Currently, model coverage for Northern Europe (Scandinavia and the Baltics) is a bit lacking, especially for high resolution, convection allowing models. The full DINI domain from KNMI or DMI would help, but adding the MEPS model too would help fill a few of the gaps that would still leave behind, plus would have something to compare against. Similarly to the DINI model, MEPS is distributed by MET Norway and FMI with a few differences. I have prepared some documentation for these as well.
      MET Norway: https://github.com/KnownStormChaser/master-weather-model-list/blob/main/models/nwp_models/regional/norway/meps.md
      FMI: https://github.com/KnownStormChaser/master-weather-model-list/blob/main/models/nwp_models/regional/finland/harmonie-fmi.md
