Änderung der eMail-Adresse nicht möglich

Guten Tag,

ich würde gerne die in meinem meteoblue-Account hinterlegte (und für das Login genutzte) eMail-Adresse ändern.
Wenn ich jedoch den Bestätigungscode eingebe, wird Fehler 500 angezeigt und die Adresse wird nicht geändert.

Currently, users cannot change their email address directly through the meteoblue website to prevent manipulation or errors. Email address changes must be handled manually by our support team, requiring the old email with valid registration and consent, the new email with confirmation, and your explicit consent to the change. Please contact us at support@meteoblue.com so we can sort it out :)
