@Miloslav-TlamichaNo. That's not the problem. I work with the national weather warning system and noticed that the application shows the time when the warning was posted, not when it will take effect. You can see it in the screenshot. This problem is observed in some weather services. There are no such problems in the desktop versions. Only in mobile apps.
