Hello, and I apologize if this isn't the right place to ask this question. Where I live, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, the map and cross-section often show the asterisk (*) symbol for convective clouds, even though I frequently observe stratus clouds. How do you determine that there are convective clouds and not another type of cloud? For example, today Meteoblue says there are convective clouds, but the reality is that there are stratus clouds. @Niki-Hess said in Favorite status of the current location is removed when it is re-entered.: If the current location is saved as a favorite in the weather app and the "Capture location" function is then executed again, the previously saved current location loses its favorite status. Instead of updating or retaining the existing favorite, the location is apparently added again without being marked as a favorite. This means that the user must manually set the current location as a favorite again Looking into it, we will get back to you soon :)

@Russianuuser said in warning time: The time of weather warnings on the website and in the mobile application differs from each other. The warning is already valid "now" in the application, and "in the future" on the website. Hello, and thank you for your question. Weather warnings on meteoblue are provided directly by official national meteorological services and are relayed without modification. Differences in timing between the website and the mobile application can occur due to update cycles, transmission delays, or device-specific display issues, which may cause one platform to show a warning as currently valid while the other shows it as upcoming. These discrepancies reflect the source data or timing differences, as meteoblue does not alter official warnings. We hope we were able to answer your questions and wish you pleasant weather with meteoblue.

@Sutthichet-Phonglorpisit said in Meteoblue Gold Package Per Year Detail: Does Gold Package per year includes of Maps Plugin (Add-on)? Thank you for your inquiry regarding our business solutions. To assist with your technical planning, please find a concise distinction between these two offerings: Access Gold (Service Level): This represents our highest enterprise service tier. It functions as a comprehensive access right, providing the contractual framework to utilize our professional APIs along with dedicated IT consulting and helpdesk support. Maps Plugin (Technical Tool): This is the functional software component designed for website integration. While Access Gold grants the permission to use the underlying data, the Plugin provides the "Plug & Play" script necessary to render interactive animations (wind, radar, satellite) directly on your own platform. In essence, Access Gold defines your data rights and support level, whereas the Maps Plugin is the delivery mechanism for your external web environment.

@M-Quao said in Feels like: Will you be adding “feels like” to the current temperature? Currently, I believe that only the “actual temperature“ is reported. Hello, Thank you for your inquiry! We understand that when it’s particularly windy or humid, the "feels like" temperature is often the most important number for planning your day. To keep our main displays as clear and consistent as possible, we follow these guidelines: Main Screen & Graphs: We display the actual air temperature (measured at 2 meters above the ground). This provides a standardized scientific baseline optimized for your specific location. The "Feels Like" Detail: Because factors like wind chill, humidity, and solar radiation change how the air feels on your skin, we include the perceived temperature in the Hourly and Daily views. You can easily find it there, marked by the small hand icon 🖐️. We appreciate your feedback on how these values are displayed. It helps us understand what information is most vital to our users as we continue to develop the app's interface. Wishing you a pleasant week and great weather!

@tomolc said in What’s the difference between meteoblue Ad-free, point+, and the in-app purchase — and what does each one include?: (google translate) Hi. If I pay for point+, can I put a meteogram on my page as an image? The regular meteogram widget loads poorly with a weak signal in the mountains, the application also does not work. The 50Kb image also works on 2G. Hi, please see this page to explore which plug-and-play visuals we offer.

@Daniel-Rossel said in Radar north Scandinavia: How can I see areas north of the Arctic Circle on the radar? It only shows me the south, so I can't see the north of Scandinavia. Thanks for yor Help🙏 Hello, and thank you for your question. Radar and satellite map coverage on meteoblue is limited to approximately 66° N latitude due to technical constraints of geostationary satellites and radar data sources. As a result, areas north of the Arctic Circle, including northern Scandinavia, are not displayed on radar or satellite maps. There is no setting to extend radar or satellite coverage beyond these limits. For weather information north of 66° N, meteoblue offers meteorological model-based data and local weather details through meteograms up to 90° N, as well as tools such as MultiModel, rainSPOT, and rainNOW for precipitation information. We hope we were able to answer your questions and wish you pleasant weather with meteoblue.

Hi, thank you for reporting this eror. We're already working on fixing this. In the meantime, please try to set the font size/ app zoom to default in the iOS Settings. If this does not help, please try to manually change the font size,. Hopefully this will temporarily help you overcome the problem until it's fixed.

@Wettergucker said Hello, The headline says it all. On the website, under 'Maps,' I can access the 'Precipitation' subtitle with various parameters. In the Android version, I cannot, even though I have a Premium subscription there as well. Are there reasons for this? Greetings from Erlangen, Frank Gieseler Hello Mr. Gieseler, Thank you for your feedback and for your loyalty as a Premium user! Currently, there are indeed still some differences between the website and the app version. However, we have good news: our team is currently working hard on a major update for the Android app to integrate exactly these types of features and parameters. The update will be launched later this year. Please stay tuned—we look forward to bringing these expanded maps to your mobile device very soon. Best regards to Erlangen, The meteoblue team
