Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are linked to the specific Google account used for the purchase and will only be recognized on devices signed into that same account. To activate your Premium subscription on your Android phone, please ensure you are logged into the identical Google Play account used on your Chromebook. It may help to uninstall and reinstall the app while signed into the correct account, clear the cache and storage for both the app and Google Play Store, and sign out of any other Google accounts that might cause conflicts. Also, verify that your subscription is active in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
