While official warnings may come shortly after weather changes begin, meteoblue offers tools such as nowcasting, radar data, ensemble forecasts, predictability indices, and precipitation probabilities to help anticipate fast-changing weather conditions before official warnings are issued. However, custom or advance warnings beyond official alerts are not currently supported. Minute-by-minute updates are limited by model and data constraints, so rapid weather changes may sometimes occur before official warnings are issued. Hello, and thank you for your question. The meteoblue mobile apps currently display time only in the 24-hour format and do not offer an option to switch to the 12-hour (AM/PM) format. On the meteoblue website, the time format is fixed by design and cannot be manually changed, although it may display times in 12-hour format if your browser is set accordingly. The API also does not support AM/PM time formats, and time zone settings do not influence the 12/24-hour display. With the recent redesign, it is now displayed in a different visual format - as “target” icons (concentric circles), similar to how it is presented on the meteoblue website. These symbols still represent the same predictability information, indicating the level of forecast certainty. I work with the national weather warning system and noticed that the application shows the time when the warning was posted, not when it will take effect. You can see it in the screenshot. This problem is observed in some weather services. There are no such problems in the desktop versions. Only in mobile apps.
