Our 3-hourly forecast temperatures correspond exactly to the indicated hour and are not averages. The Dataset API uses sunrise and sunset times to differentiate day and night values at "00:00" and "12:00." If the temperature curve appears shifted by 12 hours, it may be due to a display problem or a misunderstanding of the time reference.
